Customer satisfaction is Pickford Studios’ most important consideration.

 

If you change your mind about the product you have bought, let us know within 7 days of receipt and return it to us undamaged in its original packing within 30 days of receipt, we will willingly reimburse the full cost of the product.  If you wish to do this, please send us a messge (click on 'Contact Us' on the website) and we will look out for your returned package.  The return address will always be printed on the back of the package.

 

Although we do all we can to ensure that our products arrive with you in perfect condition, if the product is damaged in transit, and you let us know within 7 days of receipt and return the product to us within 30 days, we will happily replace it.  

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with the service or product we have provided, please contact us in the first instance by e-mail or letter (see the 'Contact Us' button  for all of our contact details) and we will do our very best to resolve any concerns you have.  We respond to all e-mails within 24 hours, often straightaway.

 

Please also contact us if you feel we might do things differently or better – your feedback is very important to us and will help us to improve our service to future customers (hopefully including yourself!).
